As a brand, it is important to us at Cuppa City Coffee to uphold sustainable values and practices at every step of the way. However, we are still a work in progress. We value feedback from our customers and welcome suggestions and recommendations on how Cuppa City Coffee could be more sustainable.



The packaging used at Cuppa City Coffee is either degradable or recyclable.

  • The glass bottles and jars can be cleaned used for storage.
  • The zip lock coffee bags are
  • The flat boxes or courier bags in which our orders arrive can be repurposed for personal use
  • The mailer boxes and envelopes are bio degradable. They can be repurposed for storage, or shredded and mixed in garden compost.
