Coffee Cupping

Experience coffee the way professionals evaluate it. In this guided cupping session, we’ll taste three distinct coffees and explore the subtle differences in aroma, flavour, body, and acidity that make each one unique.

Participants will be introduced to the standard coffee cupping method used by roasters and coffee professionals worldwide. You’ll learn how to smell the dry grounds, break the crust after brewing, and taste the coffee using the traditional spooning technique.

During the session, we will taste three carefully selected coffees, which may include different origins, processing methods, or roast profiles. This side-by-side comparison helps reveal how factors such as terroir, processing, and roasting influence the final cup.

The session also introduces the flavour wheel used in specialty coffee, helping you identify tasting notes such as citrus, chocolate, florals, or spices.

No prior experience is required — just curiosity and a love for coffee.
